Office Renovation and Construction Project
October 2008 – Willard Dunham Construction Company was awarded the S.E.T. Heavy & General Laborers Local 472 Office Renovation, Maintenance Building Construction, and Pre-Engineered Training Center Addition in Cliffwood N.J.
This project has been completed. The project consists of over 8 acres of Sitework Modifications, complete demolition and renovation of the existing 6,530 s.f. of office space, along with a 15,000 s.f. Pre-Engineered Building for the Training Center Addition, and a stand alone 1,920 s.f. Maintenance Building.
