WDC Website News Fall 2010 HFIAW Insulators Local No.32 Project WDC has just completed renovations of an existing building in Highland Park for the HFIAW Insulators Local No.32. LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
